We are now known as Quince Property Finance
Your favourite bridging finance company, ZS Rational, has been renamed Quince Property Finance. We are now part of a very exciting new initiative, called Quince Capital, established by two major South African companies, Reunert and PSG.
We are still the same friendly people, with the same easy and affordable bridging finance product. In fact, even though we have changed our name, we will still accept transactions on our old contract. To minimize any disruption in communication, the old ZS Rational email addresses, website and contact numbers will continue working.
